Dear Gurus,
I am seriously considering to invest in condo for rental yield for the first few years and hopefully a decent price appreciation over the long haul (5-10 years). I have a budget of around 700K and are looking for at least 2 bedrooms. No strong preference of location at this point as long as it's close to a mrt station. Please do let me know if you have suitable opportunities for me on your list. Thanks.
