We will be conducting a sharing session over coffee this Friday afternoon at Eng Hoon Street to share more about "My Company Loyalty" program about shares allotment to all our salespersons, such that everyone of us owns part of the company. We have also kickstarted various initiatives like Elite Team (focus on D9,D10 and Sentosa luxury properties), local and international projects, Landed Dynamic Alliance and also commercial team activities. These activities allow us to work as a team and motivate one another along the way and on top of that, we have weekly trainings where the leaders and seniors will share more about the skills set, be it HDB, commercial or private properties. On top of that, we have also a full suite of IT tools and softwares to empower our consultants in their business.
