I would like to find out for a 100k to 200k 80% downpayment. What is the best property to invest in Spore? Commerical / private pty? How should i access for best returns? I heard district 9,10 & 11 is the best location to invest. And it is better to go for new projects or 2nd hand one. Is maplewoods a good investment?
