Dear sir/madam, Have a quick guide on the Australian First Home Owner's Grant scheme. Basically the amount of grant will differ from state to state according to my understanding, and that this grant can be applied at settlement of the project (TOP) to get it deducted from the purchase price. The thing to note here is that you will need to be occupying this property for 1st year. Local banks here in Singapore do provide loans for the properties purchase.
