Hi Mr. Chan Tan,

I happened to have a classmate during RES that had this issue. He was able to take the tests as everybody else.

You just need to come clear to CEA if this is asked, or upon request.

This should not affect your chance to take the tests and receive licence once you clear the tests.

Not to worry. Beaten red light offense will not cause you not being able to be a real estate agent. Go for your RES course and take the exams first.
