i am a foreign person(i live in iran).

1-by buy apartement in singapore can i live in singapoor (permanent residnt)?

2-as a foreigh person that live in iran can i buy 2 bed room apartement in any area of singapoor?
if yes how much us$ i must pay?

i like to live in singapore.
