Hi Leon, there are 2 of my company projects namely Waterfront @ Faber and Skywoods currently having discounted rates and starbuy units. But prices will increase early next month in Dec. Dear buyer,

Putting yourself into the shoes of a developer or seller, if the unit that you are selling is of premium quality and factors, what are the chances that you will not want to sell it for a premium price, therefore do you think that specially selected star buy units in terms of high discounts given will have these positive factors or most likely there are elements of negativity therefore developers or sellers will not mind selling at a price which probably will eat into their profit margin just to offload these units.

When it comes to purchasing a home for own consumption, perhaps the most important thing to consider if these conditions as well as affordability. As long as it is not priced out of what the market is transacting at and within comfortable means financially, it will probably be good for you to consider these units seriously. Unless you are seeking for anninvestment purchase, such super discounts are unlikely to yield results in choice units.
