Dear gurus,

I'm a PR and together with a Singaporean partner, we purchased a BTO flat 2 years plus ago and it's not completed yet.

I have an overseas property in Malaysia which I did not declare in the first place as I didn't know that i must declare.

So with the new regulation by HDB: (non-subsidised flat buyers to declare if they own private properties), I have to declare that to HDB now?

Please advice!
