Hi,

EC ultimately will be considered private property, hence the common facilities are maintained and paid for by the strata proprietors (ie. owners). Thus, maintenance fees are paid by EC owners typically every quarter. It is not to developer, but rather the management committee appointed to manage the facilities for the development. Typically around 300-350, it depends the unit size purchased. May I know which EC you are keen on?
