May I know if there is any impact on property price if the GST increase? Will it affect the resale market or purchase from developer? For the developer themselves, do they need to pay GST?

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Changes in GST will not impact property prices significantly. Currently GST is paid mainly for commercial transactions and when purchasing/selling via a GST-registered entity.

However, there are other BIGGER factors that are affecting the property market right now, that is going to affect homeowners.

The market is picking up momentum, and analysts from DBS, UOB-laykian and Morgan Stanley have predicted property prices to jump by 2018.

That being said purchasing a property isn't a simple decision, what i provide for my clients is a step-by-step approach with a detailed analysis of current market trends and directions.

ONLY then, can we safely decide to commit to a property which will give maximum gain and minimum risk.
