Do I need to pay agent commission to look for a commercial property to buy

Hi James,
Wy not put it this way? If you have decided to engage the services of a salesperson in making a purchase of a commercial property, understand it from the point that you will be required to pay service fees. Should the salesperson not take any fees from you then that will be a bonus to you. I am coming from a perspective where you decide to get someone to work for you therefore it is only right to pay him unless otherwise indicated by this person. I am sure that if you are paying this salesperson for purchase, he/she will work his/her socks off to secure your interest.
