I do believe most owners bought 2 beds dual key for rental purposes. You mentioned you are thinking of own stay instead. You intend to use the whole unit or occupy one side and rent out the other?
If you are entering at the same price for 2 beds or 2 beds dual key, i will ask you to get dual key so you can have a good exit strategy especially to sell to investors in future.
