HDB Eligibility.

I am a 21-year-old, and I am looking to buy a HDB with my name along with my grandmother,

However, we do not have much money. We are also unable to get a lot of subsidy and grants as our household income is higher than average.

We were planning to get a BTO balance flat or a resale HDB, but I am aware that the HDB resales are really expensive. Therefore, I would need some advice and suggestions on the cheapest way I am able to buy a HDB for the both of us.

You will first need to ascertain your eligibility to purchase a HDB together with your grandmother as your family nucleus will need to include your parents or spouse (if any). Do check up with HDB first on eligibility before you ascertain the funds. Read More
