Hi

Your wife can only purchase private property after MOP of 5 years fulfilled. Unfortunately no, you cannot sell and buy hdb on your own name, have to buy with joint names since both of you are legally married, to be eligible under the family nucleus.

Hi, it will not be possible for you to buy another resale HDB once your wife has purchased a condo as both of you form a family nucleus and both of your names need to be in the HDB when making the purchase.
