Hi, there will be agents managing so many landlords at once. Typically the agents will remember, either with exceptional memory or they have all the details of the units recorded down somewhere with pictures of the unit, so when they see it, it will jolt their memory and they can remember.

Actually I am handling almost that amount of landlords at 1 point of time, not that difficult as long as you have a system in place to manage. On top of that, agencies which invests in technology will also be able to help agents manage some of the administrative aspects of the transaction. Unless all 30 units rented out have incidents happening at the same time, otherwise it should not be an issue. Also if an agent is able to manage such number of cases, likelihood will be that agent will also have invested in either a personal assistant of sorts to assist in the business.
