Hello Gurus! I am currently renting a flat at Kim Keat Avenue, and planning to buy a resale flat. Planning to get married in abt 2 yrs. Buying this flat under my name and my parents'. Looking at Hougang, Tampines, Sengkang and Toa Payoh area 4 room. Or other east area options. Need low COV as well. Thanks in advance!

Hi Aisyah,

You have mentioned that you are renting a unit in Kim Keat, are you renting on your own or togther with your parents. If alone, where are you parents currently residing? In their own place or also on rental? I will also need to find out if anyone has already utilised any HDB loans and grants prior to this intended purchase. There are so many things I would like to ask and will appreciate if you can contact me further for discussion.
