Hello Gurus,

I've been in sales/marketing related line for many years. I'd like to consider working as part time property agent. Currently I'm a homemaker with free time from morning till early afternoon (Mon-Fri). My priority is on my kids but i can afford to focus on doing property related work with the given hours (plus from 9pm to 11 pm from home). Plse advise the feasibility of pursuing this line with the "contraint" commitment. Should gurus out there needing extra help, I supposed i'd be keen to work out something too. Pls advise.

Hi J,

I would think that your timing is quite restricted. Since you are in sales, I am sure that you know how much a few seconds will determine if you will close a deal.

Hope this gives you an idea of how much to expect as an agent.

Anyway, some agents have lots of free time and some agents barely have enough time for themselves. Only those with $$ and free time are commended with having a good time management. Those with lots of free time but no $$, you should understand...
