Hello, I’m 37 years old Singaporean and single. Income around 1.6k, CPF Savings 70k. If including the single grants and all, as a first timer, Isit possible to buy a 3 room resale flat in north east area? I did consider getting a BTO 2 room flexi but it’s a long wait.

Please kindly give advice on this, thank you.
