I am a PR, I purchased a 4Rm HDB flat 23 yrs ago in open market as a sole owner along with my wife also PR and my son who later became a SC were occupiers. In 2020 outstanding loan was fully paid. Due to medical reasons my son was added as a co-owner under Change in Flat Ownership (Not Through a Sale) and under joint tenancy with no cash transaction involved. and my wife continued to be an occupier. Now my son has a girl friend and wants to move out. My question is, If I remove my son as co-owner and me being a SPR will I be liable to pay ABSD in spite of me owning the flat from day one till date.
