Hi Jing Yi,

Yes if your monthly household income is $14k and below, you may be eligible for some grants (first timer up to 40k , or EHG up to another 40k). They will take all the incomes of all applicants and occupiers. To confirm the final amount it will be good to apply an HFE letter.

2) The household income is based on all applicants and occupiers.
3) But the available loan amount is based on the owner's income only.
