Hi
You may purchase a resale but have to disposed off your property ownership in Malaysia within 6 months after the purchase of the HDB. Alternatively, you may appeal to HDB on this if you have a concrete reason to retain your property in Malaysia. I would like to assist you on this. Do contact me at 93375051  for a free and non obligatory discussion.

Hi,

Yes, you can purchase a HDB resale flat if you qualify under one of the many HDB Eligibility Schemes, i.e Single Scheme, Public Scheme, Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme etc.

Do take note that you will be required to dispose off your interests in all private properties (both local and overseas) latest within 6 months upon the HDB flat purchase.

I am experienced and well-versed in both HDB and private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen
