HI ALL!
I am operating my business at this premises that the main tenant is leasing from the landlord. I am paying the main tenant a monthly sum for operating my business at this premises. Do I have the rights to ask for T.A from the main tenant? The main tenant is charging us WAY higher than what the landlord charges them. But agreement between me and main tenant 'cannot put subletting, rent or lease', the main tenant told us. So I want to see their T.A, but main tenant refused to produce it to me.
Do I have the rights to ask for the T.A between the main tenant and landlord?
