Afternoon, As of now, both of you are only eligible to purchase private property as your spouse has not obtained SPR status and need to fulfill 3 years of status before able to purchase a resale HDB. Do bear in mind that additional buyer's stamp duty will be applicable to your purchase. If you are purchasing alone, it will be 5% and 15% if you are buying with your husband. Hope it helps!
