Hi all,
I would like to know that, for SPR, they wouldn't be able to apply for any grants, so they only can apply for LO. My questions:
1. If they want to buy a 4rm flat, but not much value in their OA account (coz they just getting their SPR status, hence, contibuted their CPF only few months ago), so roughly how much cash they need to ready in order to pay for during 1st appointment and 2nd appointment?
2. In what circumstances, HPIS can be omitted? #If I not wrong rmb...
3. All certified banks proving the hdb loan having the same interest rates? Which bank is the best? Any suggestion?
Bank will only offer up to 80% of the valuation price?
