Hi All,
My Dad are now 70+ and Mom are coming to 70. We are now staying at Jurong West 667E low floor fully paid at 145K 10years back on this 4room flat. If we were to upgrade to the same blk let say 5room flat at Val of 380K. So much CPF & cash my parent have to come out for if we have only 50k-60k cash in hand??
