Hi, can I check if I want to apply for this citizen top up grant, does it mean I have to purchase a flat (any flat) within 6 months of conversion? Not too sure yet of the buying procedure but at which stage I can start to apply for this grant? When we apply OTP? Also, is it in a form of cash? Or it can be used to offset flat purchase amount? Thanks a lot and sorry for long questions.
