Hi, did a mistake in my previous write out... editing it.... does anyone encounter a “Buyer” withdrawing at his end due to Hdb unable to give him the grant he expect to gets? As we (the seller) have our Loan and purchasing another unit ready. Having the “Buyer” Withdraw meaning we need cover all this extras. Moreover, if he withdraw suddenly, it’s going to affect me, my seller (of another unit) and my seller’s seller etc, Now upon waiting for the completion date, Hdb sent us a notice that our “Buyer” didn’t endorse the document at his end due to this issues. Does anyone have any good advise towards this issue? Seeking for your help. Thanks
