Hi Guru, buying for self stay & am in a dilemma. Am torn btw 3+1 Summerdale & Parc Vista. Which is a better buy in the long run?

Hi Alvin,
Depending on yr budget, Summerdale will be a better if u've a tight budget. It'll be privatised in 1 to 2 yrs time and the price will likely increase. The 3 bedroom at summerdale are more competitive and it has the river valley high and jurong point within proximity . So Summerdale will be a better buy in the long run..Cheers ! Read More
