Hi Guru, I am a foreigner & am paying $2500 pm for my rent- I wanted to buy a 1 Bedroom condo -wisjing it to be a long terminvestment- even if I leave SGP- I can retain & rent it out.Can you help me to advise if this is a wise thing to do now?
