Hi Guru, I am looking at purchasing a 3B/R at a new condo at D15 (1km from Tao Nan) and I realised that the pricing at these condos are mostly going for $950psf which I find it unbelieveable. Do you think the price for these projects will come down in the near future (say 1yr). Thanks
