Hi Guru, I own a high floor 474sqft apt at Domus. I note that Soleil apts are asking $1600-$1700 leasehold while Domus is freehold. What asking price would be on Domus? Please don't ask me to call you, I am overseas. If I were to compare Domus and Soleil, what are the pluses and minuses? Please state your commission rate if you are replying. Thanks for your advise.
