Hi Guru,
I plan to buy a HDB flat around end of the year (2009).Move in time also around there.May be the late is begining of 2010.Is it possible to get 4-room flat < 230,000K at that time? I don't care how old the flat is.

Dear Ko Tin Soe,

You need not wait until 2010 as it is possible to get 4Rms flat in Yishun for less than 230K. Pls do not hesitate to call me if you need to know more about this.
