Hi guru,
I'm in a dilemma now and would seek your advice on this matter.

I have been looking to buy a resale condo for the past 2 months and found one with a fair asking price. Last Friday, I have deposited the first 1 percent for the OTP.

However, with recent news on the home loan tighten, I think it'll definitely impact on the property price soon. The question is: should I proceed to purchase now or continue to wait and lose my deposit?

Your advice is greatly appreciated.
