Hi Guru,
I'm interested in buying the landed property but the price is too high;but then some agent recommend the leverage term. I have already paid my hdb executive apartment (North Zone)and eager to own a private property.Any good suggestion?

Dear sir/madam,

It is a dream of almost every Singaporean to own a landed home but how many actually are able to do it.

Taking the 1st step, you can probably talk to a banker to assess the financial portfolio such that you are able to determine a comfortable price range you can look at for your purchase. I do have several landed properties which are good buys.
