Hi,i would like to seek second opinion from the experts here.Few months back i wanted to sell my condo but there was no offer instead i got an offer from the renting market.So i rented out my place first since is empty.Yesterday,after second viewings the buyer offer me for my place.I have 3 qns to ask here for second opinion as i do not wish to ask my agent on this as he ask me to accept the offer most likely for the sake of the comm he will receive.
1)Should i take up the offer or reject the buyer?Actually,the price offer is not what i looking at around 50k lower than my expectation.Should i reject since my place currently will be tenanted for 2 years?
2)Recently,i had more viewings compare to few months back and i think buyers are coming back.I personally think buyers are coming back so should i wait for a better offer to come instead.
