Hi Guru,

I'm interested in the Suites de Laurel which is near future Beauty World MRT, with TOP in 2.5 yrs time. In view of the current market, what is a reasonable price psf? Is this a good location in terms investment opportunity?

Hi and good morning Jane,

I've worked on the launch of the SdL project since its VIP stage preview, thus let me give you some insight into that project.

Firstly, as you know, the KMT railway line is slated to be removed, thus the price psf for the Bukit Timah area that is surrounding the railway line is expected to rise in the near future.

Secondly, the project will TOP at the same time as the completion of Beauty World and King Albert Park MRT stations. Thus by that time the psf will be more than justified.

Lastly, location. Jalan Anak Bukit is at the end of Bukit Timah road, thus the psf is closely related to the psf of Bukit Timah/Dunearn Road.
