Hi Guru, just want to check with you, how many cash i need to prepare for a resale hdb flat(cov=50k, evaluation price=650K), and how to calculate it? i have a cpf of 55k and i can get a cpf housing grant of 30k. Thanks in advance.

Evening David,

Assuming that your income is good for 90% loan, you will need around $55k cash, excluding property tax refund, salesperson commission and misc payment.
