Hi Gurus,
I am a buyer looking for HDB resale units in yishun/Khatib/sembawang.
Units in khatib are old but valuation is high but with same valuation and comparatively low COV you get a much better and new unit in sembawang. what will be your choice, if considering units in Khatib Vs Sembawang? My currrent plan is to sell the unit after 5 yrs. Pls advise me, I am confused. My wife likes the unit condition but for me i look at the connectivity and nearby amenities.

Hi Chris,

It really depends on what you want.
Units in Yishun and Khatib will have better connectivity and nearby amenities compared to Sembawang.

Hence you have to do a trade off between pricing and other things.
