Hi Gurus,
I am looking for a flat with my PR wife.
We have been renting for the past 9months.
We had been trying our luck on balanced flat sales from HDB.
Sadly it did not work out well.
This month there isn't any balanced flat sales as well so we are giving up and will start looking at the resale market.
We are interested in area around north-east like serangoon, hougang, sengkang, buangkok, etc.
We are deciding 3rm or 4rm.
We are looking at high flloors and min. COV.
We hope to do up the renovation a little by little in the future.
Thus, basic is what we are looking for in the house.
Curently, I am staying at hougang ave 2.
We thought we might be able to get a unit with the similar walking distance to the MRT station and convenience.
Our budget is less than $300k inclusive of COV.
We hope to get a loan for the remaining $220k.
Is this a workable budget?
