Looking to buy 3 / 4 bedroom condo in OCR region for investment with a min rental yield of 4% ( Prefer long term tenant and may opt to move in after few years). Need space so has to be, minimum size 1200sqft.
Max budget 1.1m. Bigger high density older project preferred. should have full condo facilities. Preferably East, North east, Central or West (No Geylang, Yishun, Yew Tee, Woodlands or Pasir ris area). Im not eligible for HDB. If you have condo developments, matching my criteria, contact me

Hi,
Based on your budget, there are only certain locations in SG that you can buy a 3 bedroom unit. Property prices have appreciated 20-30% over the last 3 years. So, there is not much choice. As for rental returns, 4% is possible if the unit you purchase is fully furnished and you are open to all professionals. One word of caution is not to spend too much to touch up the unit before renting out.

Allow me to feedback that the maximum budget and the expected size isn't practical for this market and it is unlikely that market will regress to that stage in terms of pricing too, and if market does regress to that stage, i will also have 2nd thoughts on purchasing a property. Read More
