Looking at a HDB that is either 3-4 room, not so small and centralised. preferably in the Ang Mo Kio / St. Georges Avenue.

Looking to move in within the next year or so.

Can you advise possible affordable property for us - we are both Singaporeans and the bank has advised we are eligible for a loan of $700,000.
