Afternoon John,

Having listings is good for agents but every agents have time where they are dry on listings. It's the service attitude and knowledge that matters. I believe you would prefer an agent who can help you close the deal than having alot of listings but not able to perform, right?

Hi John,

It does not matter if the agent has plenty of listings or not but most important thing is the agent you have assigned takes best interest of you when he is representing you.

It will also important to know how the agent works as very likely, if the agent is a solo agent, viewing arrangements will greatly depends on his/her availability. Should the agent you assigned be working within a proper team, you will find that viewing arrangements can be done almost anytimeas there is always colleagues covering everyone such that any potential tenants will be missed because of timing mismatch.
