If you observe the transaction data and volume of HDB resale flats over the past few quarters, you will observe that HDB prices have already stabilized and this may be a good time to enter the market.

The HDB has been ramping up the BTO supply over the past fews years and more units will be completed in time to come. With the upcoming supply, it will be likely that price will remain stable. Therefore it is important to purchase a unit in a location which has got upside potential in the future.

Dear aspiring realtor,

Based on your WPLN grades of minimum level 5 for all 5 components, it will be recognised in lieu of 4 GCE 'O' Level passes which makes you qualified to attend the RES course and subsequently examinations.

As a realtor since 2009, I have to say that this industry is not as rosy as it seems to be, with salesperson driving big fanciful cars and all.

As what Nick has mentioned, it takes a lot of hard work but it does not guarantee you results. You will need not only hard work but take plenty of initiative and think and act out of the box in the current market to reach out to the prospective clients. Your drive and passion for this industry is another important element to succeed. I dare not say I am the top producer of my agency but I am confident to say that I have been consistently producing and results over the years have been improving despite the several rounds of cooling measures being put into place.
