There is no income ceiling when comes to purchasing of a resale flat unless you are taking a HDB loan.

For cases taking bank loan or full payment, income ceiling does not apply.

1st timer buying a 3 room resale flat enjoy some subsidies by government, subject to prevailing rules and regulations.
