Good morning Yani,

It might be possible if you are eligible for HDB loan.

Do take note that you will still have to come out cash for these few items:

1) $80 resale HDB submission fee
2) $200 valuation fee
3) HDB legal fee
4) agent's commission (1% of purchase price) etc

If you are taking HDB loan, there are high chances that you can purchase 3 room resale unit without the need to pay extra cash. However, this is also subjected that you or HLE figures are good enough to obtain sufficient loan to facilitate the purchase.

You need $5000 in cash for the option as well as the excerise money. You will also need cash for agency fees (1% equivalent to the purchase price as well as the valuation report $200) and your loan must be a HDB Loan. You should be fine if you have the above funds.
