Hi, I am a PR and my HDB flat is fully paid off. Would like to buy commercial unit (office space), and what will be the loan-to-valuation ratio for office? Can I loan 70%? What will be the advantage and disadvantage over 30/60 and 99 years lease in purchasing the office space?Thanks.
