I'm currently staying in a 5rm HDB flat at CCK Crescent.Thinking of selling the unit (already paid 6 years out of 30 years loan) and to buy a condo/exec condo in the west.Budget is not more than 600K and area about 1200sq feet.Combine income about $12K/mth.Any advice,pls?

Hi Mr. Chee,

This year is the best year for any upgraders to buy a private. Private prices has came down quite a lot. With your combined income, there won't be any problem for you to get banking loan. I am also currently marketing a unit at CCK Crescent Blk 684A. Would be glad if you allow me to market your unit for sale as well.

On the budget of $600K for a condo, it will all depends on which property and location you go for. Let me know if you need my assist to hunt your dream home for you.

You are able to get some unit based on $600K. You will have more choices if you are willing to increase your budget slight more.
