Am afraid you are ineligible to purchase a resale HDB as your mum and dad should be together under the current HDB even though she is not listed as a co-owner, she should be an essential occupier.

Hi,

Unfortunately, you are not eligible to apply with your mother only as it is not deemed as an eligible family nucleus as defined by HDB. Your father's name needs to be included as well.

You and your mother can jointly purchase a private property not an issue.
