You can apply HFE to check on your eligibility and I believe you should be under 2nd timer. Do check with HDB for confirmation perhaps. Read More

Hi,

Should still be able to get HDB loan since your spouse to be is first timer. But for 1st or 2nd timer status, you need to confirm with HDB directly.
