That's not true. There are still buyers looking for roof over their head. Main decisive factor for sales of properties are location, level, facing, pricing and timeline.
These factors gives your unit the edge in the competitive market.

Yes, resale market has slow down, and don’t expect to see 20 groups of buyer coming for open house nowadays. However, there is still potential buyer out there, and those are genuine buyer.

Perhaps, you may want to review what went wrong. Is it your asking price? Poor marketing strategy?

Hi,

I disagree. I have a group of buyers that are buying for own stay. They are willing to commit as long as the price is reasonable, do not need to be firesale.

I also have investors who made profit from some of their portfolio who wants to invest in property. As most of them actually lost money in the share market and they have no other alternatives besides property market. Although the cycle is longer than shares, their understanding is that they do not expect much improvement within the next 3 years anyway.
